I think SPEN although not out of woods, but could be a super legit candidate to adjust its bad behavior and reflect same in share price. So having a few 1000s below 50 or ideally 45rs. wont go waste.

If you look at the revenue growth, I believe the share priced fairly at 45

Last 9 year net profit growth at CAGR 1.9 %. I believe SPEN has lot of challenges and come to shape will take at least 5 to 8 years. Better to avoid

Further, if you have a close look with ASI movement with SPEN movement you will get the answer.

Thank you PP. So we have a base to invest. we sometimes find shares trading at future multiples. and we shouldnt miss those opportunities. example the insurance sector, was one such. but its a different play as many say its under penetrated etc. And one can not draw same parallels with SPEN. for me having a few at par values wont hurt.

I would say their high exposure into leisure sector is the pulling factor.

Hotel Sector may not under-perform forever! so all have factored in the current pricing in my opinion. there can be opportunity for the big institutional players to accumulate for the long haul.

Year 2015 and year 2016, financial performance are the answer for all our concerns. Also Blue Whale analysis on SPEN highlights biggest concern.

Though share is trading less than expected PE multiple, according to DCF estimated share price stand at 40.
